The toolkit enables us to get your property both ‘market ready’ and ‘sale ready’. This is through various steps that we will take care of for you, including obtaining land registry title documents and boundary plans, a more in-depth memorandum of sale form, a declaration of offer form and the all-important property information questionnaire (PIQ). The PIQ allows us to work with your solicitor to highlight and address any potential issues that could delay the sale during the time it takes us to find you a buyer.
